CANCELLATION POLICY FOR RETREATS
The booking, payment, cancellation conditions and services are specified directly in the Terms and Conditions contract that we hold with the organizers of the retreat group.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please consider your circumstances well before placing your deposit.
In the event of a governmental travel ban, the deposit will be moved to the following year and the
same pricing conditions will be applied.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR HOSPITALITY
To reserve your stay at Alberelli, we require a 30% deposit of the total amount.
The deposit will be deducted from the total amount upon final payment.
The deposit is to be paid via bank transfer within 3 days of receiving your booking confirmation email, which will contain the transfer details.
Alberelli’s Cancellation Policy (for hospitality, please read atop for retreats):
Cancellation before 90 days of the arrival date: 100% refund of deposit.
Cancellation from 90 days of the arrival date: the penalty is 100% of the deposit.
Cancellation from 60 days of the arrival date: the penalty is 50% of the total amount.
Cancellation from 30 days of the arrival date: the penalty is 100% of the total amount.
No-shows and early departures: the penalty is 100% of the total amount.
Honesty and respect are values that we uphold in all our interactions and transactions. So please

TOURIST TAX
In 2020 the Council of Rosignano Maritimo determined that the period for which the tax is due
runs from 1 May to 30 September of every year. It is € 1.50 per person per day (for a max. of 20
consecutive days) for persons from fourteen years old.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
It’s your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.
While we believe that you may not intend to cancel your booking, unexpected things can happen
that are beyond your control.
We strongly recommend that you purchase a travel cancellation insurance to cover any possible
loss. Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will cover partial or
total cancellation fees. It never hurts to stay informed and protected.
ETIAS AUTHORISATION
Please note that, starting in 2025, travellers from visa-exempt non-EU countries will need to apply for an ETIAS authorisation before entering Italy and the Schengen Area. If you have participants in this category, please share this (link a https://etias.com) link with them to
complete the process before travel. Thank you!
